Back to Toronto
I've finally posted again -- the move from our country place back to the city for the winter is getting more involved each year! It snowed last week, which didn't help...snow....good grief!
I've been busy building websites almost every day, as well as looking at traditional businesses to acquire. I went to a firesale of a tanning salon last week. 7 beds, 3 staff, $150,000 a year in revenues, net to the absentee owner about $20,000 a year. Grind the price down to $25,000, and I still won't bite. Why?
For $25,000 I can build 10 websites of 500 pages each. Each site within a year will produce at least $500 per month. That's twice the return on cash, with no employees. A no brainer?
If you aren't making money every day on the web, get on with it. Real estate is overpriced in many markets, the stock markets are tepid, traditional business is a grind...there is no better place to leverage your time and create a passive cashflow today than the web!

Using Audio To Increase Conversions
I've just finished my monthly audio newsletter, Sounds Good! It goes out to the Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum members at the BigMoneyFreeTime Mentors Society.
Internet audio has come a long, long way. I remember how amazing streaming Real Audio was back in '97. Today, I use AudioGenerator.Comfor tons of streaming audio. It is quickly becoming the standard.
The great things about using audio is you're only limited by your imagination. It can be used for communicating, training, selling, etc. You can even send email postcards with audio!
Here's a little example.
